Once they determine if they want to work with us, we send over an agreement and invoice for them to secure their date, along with a pre-wedding questionnaire that asks more of those logistical and creative questions like, “What are your can’t miss moments that you’d like us to capture?” or “Are there any specific IG Reels or TikTok trends you’d like us to execute on your wedding day?”.

From there my team and I create a shot list and we have a pre-wedding consultation call with our couples to go over any final details with them and sometimes their wedding planner joins the call as well. We’ve also had pre-wedding calls with the photographers and videographers before, especially if they’ve never worked with a wedding content creator and have any specific questions for us.

On wedding day, we capture all the content that we discussed together and are really there to ensure all those special behind-the-scenes moments are documented from start to finish. After the wedding day we upload all the content and edit videos and deliver everything within 24 hours!
